Description

Pure and unfiltered Burgundy with intense black fruit, fresh raspberries, and spices. Elegant yet powerful with earthy notes and a juicy character.

Harvest is manual, fermentation takes place in stainless steel. This is followed by aging in oak barrels (25% new) for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
