On our website you can easily make a choice from the categories at the top of the page. You can choose from an extensive range of wines, Champagnes, Port, Sherry and gifts. Place the product in your shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity and proceed to checkout.

Add card

When ordering, you can fill in a text for a card. You can fill in this card with the product you are ordering, here you can also fill in the delivery date. If you want the sender to be mentioned, put it under the text. The card is free.

Packaging

You can also place a packaging in your shopping cart, such as a luxury gift box or a wooden crate. We will then pack the bottle in this when you place it in the shopping cart. If you do not choose packaging, the bottle will be sent in a standard cardboard shipping package.

Invoice

You will receive a confirmation by email. This will contain a link to download the invoice. The invoice will also be added to your account.

Delivery time

We will deliver your order within 24 hours if you order before 12:00. You will receive an email when the order is shipped. It will be delivered the day after shipping. We will always try to ship your order as soon as possible. You can also specify a date for the desired delivery day. It is not possible for us to deliver at a specific time. If you are not at home, we will first try to deliver to the neighbors. Orders that are received by us after 12:00 on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Delivery in Belgium also the next day. Germany and France 3 days. The other European countries 3-6 days.

We can deliver quickly because all the products on the website are in stock with us. If a product is not in stock, you will hear this as soon as possible. If the delivery time is too long, you can always cancel your order.

Return Shipping

You can always return the products within 14 days. Provided that they are in their original and undamaged condition. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. If you are not satisfied with a product or the product is not as it should be, please contact us. We will then provide a solution. Any return shipping is then entirely at our expense.
