Barkan Segal White (back in stock mid-June)

Nice fresh white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard supplemented with a little Muscat. In this dry white wine you can taste soft sour apple, spicy notes and a hint of honey. The very small soft bitter gives the wine something extra. Drink with a toast with smoked salmon, fish salad, scampis or oysters. Drink well chilled. And try to combine it with a soft goat cheese, very tasty.
