Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 150 g fresh sea bass fillet (sashimi quality), thinly sliced

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced ​​into half moons

  • 1 tablespoon red onion, very finely chopped

  • ½ red pepper, thinly sliced ​​(optional)

  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves, roughly torn

  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • A dash of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation method

  1. Place the sea bass slices in a shallow dish and pour the lime juice over them. Cover and let it cook in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine the cucumber, red onion, red pepper, and mint.

  3. Remove the fish from the refrigerator and gently toss with the salad. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Serve on chilled plates and garnish with an edible flower for a refined presentation.
