Initially their domain was one and a half hectares in size, nowadays the more than ten hectares extend over the Hallgartener Hendelberg, Jungfer and Schönhell. Ninety percent of this is planted with Riesling, the rest with Spätburgunder. The highest vineyards are composed of hard rocks such as gravel, sandstone and slate. These soils usually produce flawless and characteristically mineral Rheingau Rieslings.
